ivyO Foundation Limited, a special purpose public company limited by guarantee, is a charity registered with the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission (ACNC). And the Trustee for The ivyO Foundation Trust (ABN 39 358 559 520) is endorsed as a Deductible Gift Recipient (DGR).

The charitable object for which the Foundation is established is to advance postsecondary education for students who are from financially disadvantaged backgrounds by promoting the benefits of undertaking tertiary education, and promulgating access and pathways that lead to higher education, particularly in the United States of America.

As approved by the ACNC, the purposes of ivyO Foundation Limited are:
  • Advancing education, and
  • Advancing social or public welfare

The leadership team of the ivyO Foundation Limited is comprised of:
The ivyO Foundation Scholarship is a need-based program that awards customized guidance and support provided by ivyO to a select group of outstanding students who have demonstrated a track record of academic excellence, extracurricular distinction, and significant contribution to their high school and broader communities.

Each awardee of the Scholarship will be granted personalized admissions guidance including their own ivyO Strategic Consultation and additional support, to the value ranging from US$5,000 to US$20,000.

The types of ivyO consulting services awarded to each successful candidate of the Scholarship vary from one student to the next and is determined at ivyO Foundation’s discretion in respect of the awardee’s individual circumstances.

Applicants for the ivyO Foundation Scholarship should meet the following criteria:
  1. Unweighted Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.5 or equivalent;
  2. Outstanding accomplishments in extracurricular activities;
  3. Meaningful and sustained contribution to the communities around them;
  4. Two letters of recommendation - one from a teacher of the applicant and another from the school counselor providing relevant information about the student’s background in support of his/her application for the Scholarship.
Students and their families should note that applications to the ivyO Foundation Scholarship and the level of the award are determined at the sole discretion of the ivyO Foundation and that the Foundation’s decision is final. Further note that the Scholarship award is not transferrable and the value of ivyO services granted cannot be converted to cash.
