Mr Mark Webeck - Bio



Mark is one of the most experienced Dispute Resolution Practice Group lawyers at HWL Ebsworth, at which Mark has just retired as a Senior Partner and now serves as a Consultant.

Having been named in Best Lawyers™ Australia for Insolvency and Reorganization Law and Litigation, Mark's technical expertise spans across general commercial litigation and equity actions, corporate disputes, alternate dispute resolution and mediation, as well as appearing for key executives at examinations and investigations by various Commonwealth and State authorities / regulators.

Widely recognized for his strong community spirit, Mark has served for many years on various boards of non-profit organizations. These include but are not limited to as a Past Governor (retired in 2023) of the Council of The King's School, one of the most prestigious private boys' school in Australia, Chairman of The Tudor House Foundation, and as Chairman of the Camden Park Preservation Committee.
